Romeo Marine debuts at MYS with 55-metre superyacht

The new yacht is currently undergoing sea trials at Bin Rashid Marina ahead of delivery scheduled for the first quarter of 2026.

According to the company, Romeo Marine operates a 250,000-square-foot vertically integrated facility that allows the simultaneous construction of multiple custom and semi-custom yachts in steel and aluminium.

The interiors of Romeo 55 were created by Pulina Exclusive Interiors, which has offices in Italy, Dubai and Shanghai. The yacht accommodates 12 guests in six cabins, including an owner’s suite with double-height volume and a glass ceiling. Notable features include floor-to-ceiling glazing, a sculptural spiral staircase with panoramic lift, and a sundeck with pool, bar and barbecue.

MTU engines up to 16 knots

Built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, Romeo 55 measures 54.43 metres in length with a 10-metre beam. Powered by twin MTU V12 engines delivering 1,080 kW each, she achieves a top speed of 16 knots and a range of 5,500 nautical miles at 10 knots.

“The launch of the Romeo 55 marks not only a milestone for our shipyard but also a defining moment for Dubai’s role in the global superyacht industry,” said Nader Nashed, CEO of Romeo Marine.

Romeo 60 – Next in line

In addition, Romeo Marine has started construction of the 60-metre Romeo 60, designed by Gresham Yacht Design with interiors again by Pulina Exclusive Interiors.
